The Circuit Court Clerk prepares and files all records of Circuit, Criminal, General Sessions and Juvenile Courts. This office also prepares dockets for all courts, collects fees and fines, and issues court related documents. The office is located on the second floor of the Courthouse. The Circuit Court Clerk and his staff are not qualified nor permitted by law to provide advice with respect to any legal matter.
